Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority wanted to offer an interactive portal for potential visitors to discover the icons of Abu Dhabi. To support the client's global marketing campaign, Turner Commercial Productions (TCP) created a stand-alone microsite which promotes Abu Dhabi as an international travel destination and increases awareness and knowledge of the emirate and its offerings. Providing information, stunning pictures and even a competition, the microsite was promoted via Facebook ads, teaser commercials and online banners across CNN's properties along with PR and social networking pushes. The 360 campaign generated increased brand awareness and leveraged social media to use the power of recommendation in order to reach an even wider audience.
